Our client is iTec Group Company itself because initially it was used by company management.
Business Challenge
There was no full-fledged CRM/PM-SaaS system in Belarus developed for needs of businesses taking into account local features. Basing on our own and customers’ experience we found out that there was an objective need in an online CRM/PM-SaaS system including full suite of on-line services: client management, client lists, addresses, task lists, etc.
Solution
iTec Group developed an on-line SaaS system based on and Open Source framework carrying out its full redesign and necessary modifications. We implemented all the needed functions to manage and control projects. we also introduced tasks assignment system helping to see task process flow and specialists involved in project as well.
