Being aware of the fact that computer industry is one of the most fast growing ones, companies should understand that it is not possible to keep a good competitiveness without constant progress. Let’s think what is basically competitiveness in the computer industry? New technologies, innovation researches, fresh ideas, solutions that no one has never proposed before, wide knowledge, quest of effectiveness and simplicity? Every of these items can be true.
But if we refer to the software development industry, the integrity of its assets are said to be non-material and therefore are created uniquely by the ingenuity of professional’s brain. Programming is very often compared to the creative work that artists have. So this creativeness requires favorable conditions.
Basically, research and development (R&D) departments of the companies are charged to foster these creative work. Research and development is an investment in a company's future: companies that do not spend sufficiently in R&D software are often said to be “eating the seed corn”.
As iTec Group aims at a long-term development, recently we have created our own R&D department. Here are employed a lot of young specialist having unconventional way of thinking. We propose them to work with the latest technologies and to put forward their ideas about. The work is carried out together with experienced specialists who can canalize ideas flow and provide necessary trainings.
In this way we’ve already developed several apps for the iPhone. Actually our young creative specialists are working with JAVA, iPhone, BlackBerry, Google Android technologies.
We’ve got many ideas… The most important now is to make them come true, and bring to users an enjoyable experience.
